New and Interested Parents are encouraged to come learn about our school and the Suzuki Method. Tips for being successful and what to expect in music lessons. 10:45am in the Fireside Room. We’ll also have some instruments for children to try!

We are collaborating with the RVC Orchestra again this year for their Summer Pops concert at Sinnissippi Park on July 30th.

RU Fundraiser
Select Measure 5 Students will perform at an RU Fundraiser for the Friends of the Performing Arts Event.
When: Sunday, May 2nd
Where: Clarke Arts Lobby and Art Gallery at RU
Dress: Performance Black
Guests: Students may bring one adult guest for free. All others should buy tickets to the event which will support theater students traveling to Scotland.

The Music Academy will provide music for the Anderson Gardens Benefactor Event. Measure 5, Vivaldi Orchestra, and solo performers will be featured on two stages. Ask you teacher for more information! This event is not open to the public

NEW: Solo stage musicians will be scheduled in 30 minute time blocks - announced 1 week before the event. Solo Musicians only need to stay for your block of time. Pavillion Performers stay for the entire event.

The Music Academy Leaves The Building!
As part of a CFNIL-funded project called The Music Academy Leaves the Building, The Music Academy is hosting a 45 minute family-friendly recital intended to allow children to move around, draw, and experience the music in a way that fosters a lifelong love of music. We will have simple activities designed to encourage listening and or movement along to the music. Performers will include Music Academy Faculty and feature a variety of instruments and musical genres. All are welcome at this concert - bring a pillow or blanket if you would like to sit on the floor but there will also be chairs available.
The Music Academy will have engaging activities for children and blankets if you forget yours!
