Performers pack up and are escorted to a locker room where they can leave their instruments (if they wish) and go find their parents in their seats for the game.
If you wish to leave now, you may.
If you wish to leave your instrument in the locker room you will have to ask a security guard later to escort you to pick it up at any point during or after the game.
Stands: Please bring your own. If you need one, you need to carry it out onto the ice - please practice the logistics of carrying a stand, bow, music, and instrument - memorize if you can :)
Attire: Music Academy T-shirt and Jeans - Please consider the new ones so that we look uniform.
Instrument Storage: we may leave instruments in a locker which is only accessible to security during the game. You can ask a security guard to take you to get your instrument when you are ready to leave. Tell them you played the National Anthem.
Tickets: Every person including performers needs to have a ticket - whether or not you wish to stay for the game.
Waivers: Every performer needs to have a waiver signed by their caregiver to walk onto the ice.
